ive only roughly estimated cost for furnitures and electronics its around 60 to 80k depend on brands for me

for renovation.. maybe need to view the unit only can decide and improve the not so satisfying part of the house

yeah, but if block A can be done so fast, means block B and C also can be done fast also haha.. maybe they have different sub con for different works, if so, it can be done quite fast

Im block A 17 floor and another unit of my aunt at 19 floor block A also haha

but well, i just received the claim for the interior of block A now..

so i think handover by this year is pretty much impossible

ok i just received today already regarding the utilities bill things


pearl avenue is in sungai chua, you have to go thru some small road, and some low cost flat beside, and i am still surprise it can fetch such high price

yo block B is a floor 14/15 nice picture, i agree the design isnt as good, ameera looked much better

judging by the progress end of this year should be done wo.... they got quite a good record for handling over way before completion date, checkout their previous project then you know hahaha

if it is from lee brother i would say its a good buy, my current house also from lee brother and then sime darby bought over the whole neighbourhood including the golf club

but need kangtao leh they never do massive advertisement one, dont even know who to contact

the progress is really really slow now.. right after block B reached 18 19 floor its pretty much like stopped and progress real slow

yeah judging by the previous progress i was thinking it could VP early next year, but judging by now, i think it will be in May

and i think need to buy furniture beforehand and stock it at current house before the GST then move in after VP laugh.gif

okey guys just now i had my dinner near pearl venue, i realise there are alot of Arabs, pakistani, nigerian, even brazillian staying there, macam ' United Nation' already... do you think there's any chance ivory also become like that ?

their past project usually deliver quite early, i dont know why ameera and ivory is slow everyday passby still same ol look, maybe one day i will go at night and see if they are working 2 shifts

basically block A is already done everything that i saw, even windows tiles and balconies, block A is ready for staying already

meanwhile block C still foundation only shakehead.gif

i dont know why they dont want to balance the progress between 3 blocks, but instead complete it one by one
