i think sepakat indah is more like an apartment lo

and why do africans come to kajang, not much institution nearby... and also its a hassle for them go to into KL city lorh

i saw block A had started painting and meanwhile the progress of block B and C is still so slow underconstruction

im worried that after block B and C finished constructing the paint of block A would be dirty already lol

faster finish constructing faster sell the market now is kindof... scary

maybe they wanna rush finish Ivory so that they can have more manpower for Ameera

maybe its sub to different contractor, so they can do faster with this, or maybe the painting contractor dont have enough people to work on all 3 buildings once it has finished built

or many other reasons lol

pearl avenue occupancy is quite high, like 60% of them

if its metal grill. i plan to renovate it to glass. do you think the management will let us change the outlook of our unit lol ?
