Wow i heard valve not going to let tobi cast the finals. Sucks for him, kinda deserved it though.

You might stand a chance to get invited if you consistently beat mufc and orange in some tournaments that Valve might take notice.

err it's possible if you want, but its very janky.
You can create a practice game, enable cheats.
Then type command -createhero npc_dota_hero_lion enemy
But its not really good lar, the enemy cannot see his own cs and will autobuy item lol
