comment : why ? because you start with decent damage that can harass from the very beginning.

Skill leveling list :-
Level 1 - Frost Arrow Lv 1 - Use it for a starter Harassing since it cannot trigger creep to auto attack on you. always use it to attack on hero . try it
Level 2 - Precision Aura Lv 1 - Good benefit for both you and your mate . NEW : since the patch now it is GLOBAL aura ! - DPS increase means more harassing !
Level 3 - Frost Arrow Lv 2 or Silence lv 1 ? - imo , if for me i'll continue pump Freeze Arrow - More slow - more deadly.
Level 4 - Precision Aura Lv 2 - more damage added. starting to became a killing machine yo!
Level 5 - Silence Lv 1 - now we are talking about killing INT hero.
Level 6 - Marksmanship Lv 1 - more AGI, more damage , more armor and yet! attack speed !!!!
Level 7 - Frost Arrow Lv 3 - my arrow became stickier than before.
Level 8 - Frost Arrow Lv 4 - MAX - fear the 60% slowness of my Icicle Arrow.
Level 9 - Precision Aura Lv 3 - Damage is priority after maximize Frost Arrow.
Level 10 - Silence Lv 2 - Get this while add some duration to it !
Level 11 - Marksmanship Lv 2 - MORE DEADLY NOW !!!! KILLING MACHINE LV 2!
Level 12 - Precision Aura Lv 4 - You know it . Shoot to kill
Level 13 - Silence Lv 3
Level 14 - Silence Lv 4
Level 15 - Stat Up
Level 16 - Marksmanship Lv 3 - You are fast , Deadly with Daedalus on you might deal damage like PA


Item Build - Endgame
Refer to Stater item

Step By Step:-
1) Wraith Band
2) Phase Boot - Damage Starter build with some decent speed !
3) Shadow Blade - Priority - Build Step : Shadow Amulet FIRST because of it attack speed, which can farm faster than before, and then Claymore.
4) Crystalys - by the time u reach this stage , you attack damage range from 300 - 400 per critical.
5) ^Upgrade - Daedalus - PA is nothing - Damage Range from 900! - 1000! - dealing more than 1200 occurred sometimes.
6) Yasha - More Speed and Damage base on AGI
7) ^Upgrade - Manta Style - deadly machine just duplicate into 3 of them ! WTF!!!!!!!!!
8) Black King Bar - Immune to Magic

Only 5 ITEM !!!! remove Wraith Band and add 2 Divine Rapier and you and sooooooooooooo damned deadly , but i never reach to this since i haven't get black king bar and the game pretty much ending already LOL.
