cant decide based on the stat only, dr can produce more dmg than pl due to true-shot aura

why my laptop now cant play dota2 d, when matchmaking successful then choosing heroes, then it start the freeze, can ctrl alt del, but after that tab into dota2, screen still stuck on my desktop, but dota2 sound still having, any1 encounter this?

i also feel that the drop rate is decreaes, normally 3-4 drop at the end of a 40min game, now 1 or 0 item only

i dun think it gonna work as heroes detector, it only got 375 aoe, compare to blur (1600 aoe). so still able to gank dr just like before, but the bonus agi is really nice buff.

does any1 know how to fix the spike? sudden spike where the ping suddenly go up to 400-500 ms, which my screen will hang for around 3s. At first, i tot it was my internet, but when i pt with my housemate and play, i spike few times in the game, while my housemate din spike once, my pc spec also higher than hes. any face this problem also?
