only applicable to places like Singapore and HK.

correct where land is limited.
The place in malaysia that might take this off would be Penang.
Then again, rarely seen these type of property launch in the island.
Maybe another 5 years.

Stata. Exterior renovation not allowed.

Like. Afraid neighbours run into renovation race. Haha.

I think that's good. more control. And no conflicts of blocking of backyard gardens.

if can establish like setia mall (Eco Park) will be good enough liau!
*
It will look and feel closest to empire mall in subang. Good enough IMHO.
There will also be an alfresco dining area inside.

Some friends told me that being a senior I.T manager (40 yrs old+) with MNC company in Malaysia can easily get monthly salary of Rm 15K++
Besides, those working in oil n gas (40 yrs old+) can get back easily Rm 30K~
Can someone from I.T / OnG line verify this?
If this is correct, these managers can afford to live in cyber landed prop la.
*
Not true on the IT side. 30 year old already can hit 15k+ rclxm9.gif

Haha...one of our friends just bought another semi-D in SEG...... who said cyberjaya cannot attract professionals working in KLCC area?
I still bullish that more KLCC guys will choose cyber HER.
Morning expecting 40mins of traveling time but return with 20 mins via MEX is fast!
Leaving office at 5PM, walk the dog at 5:30PM - what a great lifestyle man! biggrin.gif

Nice... love the walk the dog part.. smile.gif

Eco Glades vs Desa ParkCity again? In fact, I like both!

Timing: Sama sama
Location: Desa ParkCity better
Concept: Sama sama
Density: Eco Glades better
Potential: Eco Glades better

Our 2012 Eco Glades 26 x 95 < RM 1.1 M, the minimum entry @ Desa ParkCity RM 1.4+ M, does not provide such specification.

& Cyberjaya has a communities of many HER, not only Eco Glades.

Refer this for pricing comparison:

Not to mention the infrastructure already in place in Cyber, Fiber, green, well planned townships in the whole of cyber not only in SEG.
