I am not staying in cyber now I rented out my Cyber Heights place and waiting for my Shaftsbury SOHO finish building...

Plan to buy a shop there too...
*
Went to shaftsbury last week. shops are opened and huge crowd is there!
cyberjaya is a very well-planned township.
where else you can find this kind of development in malaysia (other than iskandar).
huge money was spent to built the 1st class infrastructures.
if you are building the infras now, it would cost you at least double/triple.
i am not supporting cronyism but you-know-who has earned my respects for building klcc, klia & ptj/cyber.

My hats off sir...

Your damn right, When come to investing we don't talk politics.
Well planned infra with 1st class infrastructures is what we are talking about man.

I have a few friends haven't been to cyberjaya / putrajaya before. When they was there they told me the buildings and planning is like Singapore.

Welcome to the future guys. No place for backwater thinking over here.
*

Wat I meant was is developer going to treat the soil first b4 they start construction?
*
even if they treated the soil, it will last for few years only. best way is not to use wooden type material ie metal frame door, steel truss roof etc.

1 developer will not make any difference.

But 10 developers building HERs will make a total difference!!!
*
the nos. of residential, shop or office units in cyber township is known thro the plot ratio and is 'balanced' by town-planner. 1st developer knows 10th developer will come just in matter of time by looking at the town-planning. All players know their competitors well yet they're still coming.

Listen ....
Not enough parking after lunch time shows that Malaysia Public Transport System is worst. No matter how many parking lot is provided, there won't be enough parking lot if everybody drives to Cyberjaya. Excellent public transport system should be a must in the master plan of Cyberjaya.
*
pls check cyberjaya master plan....

Why Dengkil is able to offer cheaper food but not Cyber?
*
i guess due to:
1) high rental;
2) low volume;
3) high salary (expatriate)???
4) new (need high profit to cover capital cost)???

I don't think the author know much about town planning and had much information (insider) about cbj.
Cbj is a very well-planned township, dont think cbj will have any over-supply issues when fully developed.
Would big developer like UEM Land, Mah Sing, SP Setia, OSK, Paramount, Glomac, MCT and Emkay come in without any due diligence?
Something big is marching towards south on the EPU drawing board.
