Any confirmation plan from government to extend the MRT to Cyberjaya?

Yeah la, I think the more earlier GE completed, the more faster the new government can start to develop the country, as well as Cyberjaya....

Hopefully there is more further infrastructure and more public transportation can come into Cyberjaya, especially MRT project... Definitely will be a boost for the property value in CYberjaya....

MK Land is already a busuk name developer...should avoid from buying this developer....based on his past track record.....is a no-bbbbbb product from this developer...

Is it IBM to further expand their shared service centre in Cyberjaya?

Today is a water-fish, 5-6 years later, become golden eggs....

Best example, DPC and Bandar Utama 10-20 years back....lol....

Yeah, agreed with a SRJK © will do attracted some Chinese community pulling into Cyberjaya, and it might attract certain Puchong residence to come Cyberjaya to stay due to shortage of the SRJK © in this area...

However, it is very challenging for the government for the time being to keep peoples to stay in Cyber, as most peoples are treating it as working place, unless is lively happening commercial place. If there is more commcercial activities, like malls, pubs, chinese restaurant....al fresco dining, i am certainly believe this will be a pulling in factors to attract more peoples to stay in Cyber...

Yeah agreed, if the Cyberjaya was given to SP Setia or Dijaya, I think we can see the effect now.....It might be more prosperous from now.....

But not sure how long it will takes to become this? Personally, if the MRT 2 set up a station in Cyber, then that is a very high chance to attract more peoples to stay in CYber....
