Just visited Cyberjaya over the weekend and strongly recommend bros to try this Japanese food - Kiraku in Shaftbury Square.
A bit pricey but quality is really excellent biggrin.gif

i believe current 1.6k rental is not studio or soho but 2 rooms if 2 person share a unit each person pays 800 only. if sub 500sf unit can occupy 1 person only, so dun think can get 1.6k.

1.2k is more likely.

if unit is nicely furnished and nice environment, maybe max 1.5k?

These are the people who do not mind renting out cheap.

Buying now, based on your idea situation, u can hardly find, regardless of Singapore, KL, Penang, Johor...

Everyone play their own game plan.

For us, we are targeting to hold properties for 5 to 10 years, rental yield slightly lower than interest rate is fine, pump in more cash will do.
*
geng notworthy.gif u r taikor sure can hold so long unfortunately not so many can afford to do so.

Summer Glades is less, compare to Garden Residences mess.

23 acres only. What do u expect? But come with wetland loh.

http://www.propwall.my/cyberjaya/summerglades

Nowadays people like modern development, sizeable township planning with amenities. Setia Eco Glades have to learn from Desa ParkCity!

Wetland? To me its just a fancier name than calling it a retention pond. Retention pond is a way to mitigate flood by having a large volume capacity to hold large amount of water during a heavy downpour.

This wetland is also used as a natural treatment pond to filter rubbish and sediments from the longkang before the water is being released to the putrajaya lake on the opposite side.
