Probably but let's look at the opportunity cost. If you invest the same amount elsewhere you may get a better Rental Yield or Capital Appreciation

CBJ has it potential but IMHO this is a potential area selling with the matured area cost. I'd consider investing in CBJ too if the price is 40-50% lower because maturity of a township takes time
