Dunno about licence for new premises but there's a few existing places. There's a bar at the colorful building opposite Shaftsbury, a few more at NeoCyber. Mini market and 7-Eleven also ada.

Nope it's on the other side of the main road. Further up the road from Petronas is bomba. The road opposite bomba is Teknokrat 6.
