cyber for ownstay is ok lah.
for investment, i think susah sikit as nearly 80%-90% buyers are flippers for the highrise. not easy to rent with +ve cashflow and flip upon VP due to high prices and high volume. my worthless 2 cents |

What is the estimated % occupancy in both landed Garden Residence and Summerglades after handover nearly one year? This is to gauge if g&g landed homes are well received in Cyberjaya.
