I went to SH yesterday and the LV with build up 3000+ costs RM1.5m Why sales of SH picking up when there is new launch in SEG ??

I heard the mrt line 3 will cover Putrajaya and no news on cyberjaya. Anyways, it will be great if mrt cover cyberjaya. Huat...lah

I attended a property talk yesterday, the speaker strongly recomemded Cyberjaya and he said one of the main factors for a new township to be successful is to have a Chinese primary school.

Property Fair 2013 at Sunway Pyramid Conventioni Centre. The speaker from the MCT top management and people address him as Dato. Not sure what is his name.

Others factors such as comprehensive infrastructures, job opportunities, knowledge workers, global ICT hub, 13 universities near by, good access (highway) to other places, silicon valley of Malaysia, a conducive living environment with convenient amenities such as hotel & shopping mall (coming soon), recreation centres, HER wtih concept and etc.
