I went to SH yesterday and the LV with build up 3000+ costs RM1.5m Why sales of SH picking up when there is new launch in SEG ??

I attended a property talk yesterday, the speaker strongly recomemded Cyberjaya and he said one of the main factors for a new township to be successful is to have a Chinese primary school.

That's a super high density condo with ridiculous price.
