Unless the price is really affordable or the location is good, it is hard to accelerate the property ownership here.
Target groups should be mainly Cyberjaya's young working population as pioneers.
Why U buy Cyberjaya?

Cyberjaya/Putrajaya development was first announced more than 15 years ago.
It was supposed to be a grand development. Only now it is showing some progress, but still far behind Bandar Setia Alam. |

The steep rise in property prices overall in Klang Valley tremendously help Cyberjaya.
Why? Many years ago, the valuation was already high in Cyberjaya when compared to other parts of KV. Cyberjaya was still undeveloped and still with lots of trees. Now it is slightly higher hence more acceptable to investors. This is not the current PM's pet project therefore it should depend on its natural growth from now on.
