Got another update from friends - Shaftbury Square will be opening a high class PUB on top of Kiraku.
Both Kiraku, this pub and another restaurant in SS all belong to the same developer.
Heard that also the renovation fee of Kiraku costs about Rm 500K+ and managed to be covered back within 10 months!
Really good business ya this SS! Congratulations to those bros who bought SS commercial units 3 years ago.

I think all the developers in Cyber should group together and after some sort of "after sales service" i.e. some sort of incentive programme for people to relocate and stay in Cyber e.g. furniture package, renovation package etc.

What Cyber need now is not more buildings but more people...

Mahsing is also heavily invested in KL South lah, in fact Garden Residence is their first HER at Cyber now providing the highest supply of ready landed there while other big developers' projects are still under construction

Their next big project will be in Bangi, Southville City ma....quite near to Cyber...

IOI happening project at this part of town is be 16 Sierra
