The KVMRT II (Sg Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya) will likely set off another buying spree of properties
located close to the new MRT stations!

The construction of KVMRT II will be divided into two phases.
Phase 1 would connect Sg Buloh to Serdang , while Phase 2 would connect Serdang and Putrajaya.
Construction of Phase 2 will commence two years after construction of Phase 1 begins.
The KVMRT II should be completed by 2020.
