Mirage by the lake phase one condo expected complete by end of next year, for now the price has rose from 600k to 900k+, hope can touch 1m next year, but the agent told it may take 3 years to sell at good profit after completion, but definitely no problem to rent at rm3k +, so still ask for more?

If u are not contribute to Singapore income tax, u got to pay everything in cash, bank will not borrow u. For me, I am entitled for 80% loan for second properties, investment will be leveraged on bank, something like "nett gearing yield".
