Speaking of working in the city, which I did for many years and do not miss it at all....! These flash floods happen so often nowadays where every morning after we get pictures and pictures of cars being submerge. And not only in the basement carparks, its not even on ground floor ones.

Needless to say, all these cars are pretty much finished afterwards. Such a pity!

It is a culture. U will be surprised, people who visiting nice place, tends to be discipline.

This happen @ Desa ParkCity, u won't see "do not litter" sign board, but the place is quite clean.

Today, we buying Cyberjaya at sky price simply for family.

Family already moved back to KL. Used to stay in Singapore. Travel quite often nowadays.

Being together is Priceless!

I am not making big money like u, moving back either doing business @ continue working employee.

I am not quoting myself, but if one making S$ 100k compare to RM 150k, I don't see much difference. This is why our investment plan also difference from u.

I see many people here good. Everyone good. Always like to see people doing well.

Used to stay in HDB. Rented it out. Rent a room near working place. Alone.

Now kena squeezed by Singapore government loh, must upgrade HDB to condo in coming Hu-Lah-Lah year.

Property developer Emkay Group will unveil a new SOHO project (small office home office) with a gross development value (GDV) of RM211 million in Q2 2013, reported The Star.

Dubbed as the Oasis, the 3.76-acre project will target IT workers and comprise 672 SOHO units, with sizes ranging from 450 sq ft to 650 sq ft.

“The units will be priced at around RM600 psf,” said Ling Tick Lee, General Manager of Paradigma Intan Sdn Bhd, a unit of Emkay Group.

Meanwhile, Paradigma Intan also rolled out a project called the Autoville, Cyberjaya’s sole light industrial project.

Intended for car-related businesses and other light industrial operations, Autoville has a GDV of RM100 million and will feature 40 units of terraced, detached and semi-detached factory units.

All terraced units had been taken up and 61 percent of the total factory units have been sold, with a combined value of RM43.6 million.

Furthermore, Emkay Group plans to develop several projects in Cyberjaya worth at least RM3.7 billion in the next five years. They include the Autoville, Oasis and a 50-acre landed housing development that is likely to be launched by the end of 2013.
