The only facilities that Cyberjaya lacks of is Chinese school, many thing will be ready by 2017/2018.

Verdi Condo (Symphony Hills) is 44 and 45 stories for their 2 blocks - highest in cyber I guess.

If they all keep their purchases for renting, there is not much risk. The risks come when they are into flipping.

Too early to tell for rental/flip in nx 3-5 years..could be longer..but no harm in buying if u hav no issue in holding..15 years abroad, should hav more than enough to hold unit in HYVE..😜

you will know if you visit there. it is like a totally different country.
