Maybe i am old fashion but i hate more than 2 storeys. Even 2 storeys also i dont like. If possible just one very very large 1 storey but land is limited now.

Not every huge development will turn out like Eco Park.

Setia Alam entry > RM 200k vs Bandar Rimbayu > RM 600k...
Timing is difference, location distance about the same, price is difference, developer is difference...

I can feel many buying Bandar Rimbayu, thinking of it will become like Setia Alam.

Cash rich, no problem. Else, u only locked up your limit.

Verdi Condo (Symphony Hills) is 44 and 45 stories for their 2 blocks - highest in cyber I guess.

I guess canggih buidlings are more happening in putrajaya than cyber.
Putra mainly are govenrment servants and 99% one race whereas cyber will be a mixture of all races and diff walks of society.
