It is good that he think twice before he commits.

Cyberjaya is not speculative like Iskandar. I see not many flippers for HERs @ Cyberjaya.

This will be good for 5 to 10 years "long" term.

i did not buy symphony hill. Need to think. For own stay or to invest. I think 5 yrs down the road CBJ will be very good. So, its long term. Not short term. No holding power? Forget about symphony hill.

Substantial land size that can make good development, yet developer can make good money, is very less.

Affordable. More population. More young family.

HERs will be great value for money.

Making Greater KL ‘higher, denser, greener’

KUALA LUMPUR: The Greater KL/Klang Valley, whic is expected to host 10 million people in 2020, will have to have “higher, denser, faster and greener” buildings to accommodate the population.
Federal Territories and Urban Wellbeing Minister Datuk Raja Nong Chik Raja Zainal Abidin said a better public transportation system, encouragement for groundfield developments with higher plot ratio and greening-the-city projects are part of enhancement efforts to make the city more livable.
He, however, said the emphasis will be to get more people to live in the city to reduce car use.
Raja Nong Chik said among the efforts taken are identifying areas in Kuala Lumpur that are de-generating and regenerating them with higher plot ratio to amortise the land cost and provide cheaper and affordable housing to the people, such as the 1Malaysia People’s Housing (PR1MA) programme.
To encourage reduction in car use, he said the ministry plans to build more pedestrian walkways within the city this year.

Forgot where I read the report, accoding to an investment firm.

By 2030, Malaysia will be "Young" & "Poor", whereas Singapore will be "Old" & "Rich".

So your guess is quite possible.

Too idea. KL is far from it.

Hence, better bet on superb surrounding & high quality project, when it is still "affordable".

Else, Desa ParkCity & Eco Park will not be so expensive loh.

It is normal actually... if compared to our father or grandfather generation, the later generation own their first house at older age. My father bought his first house at 16, my grandfather bought land. As for me, I bought mine at 27....

My uncle bought his first bungalow 30 years back. RM 100k.

Today it worth > RM 3 M.

He is like my father generation. Flip land. Flip until so rich. Solid!

Last time my uncle borrow money to buy loh. Friends, Relatives, etc... Old way of money borrowing method, depends on who paying the highest interest.

Unlike us, have to heavy leverage.

Blame who? Blame inflation or RM depreciation? Lol.
