The circular lake with units surrounding it is supposed to be the salt lake. However, i don't know how practical it is to be a salt lake rather than the usual lake. I was told that all the entire villa units around the round lake is taken up by a private company. So they are not for sale.

Wait for the RRI land to be sliced into developments in PJ. It was just opened up.

Bro, sure it would be expensive. Nevertheless, developer would be careful on pricing it. Tuned it too high, they'll end up selling it still after many moons. Entry pricing for phase 1 is a must to draw enough momentum. Now imagine high number the unsold units of phase one is still available, preventing further phases from deploying.

Would i buy one there for own stay? We'll see how because generally traffic in klang valley is quite saturated. Switch on google map with traffic in PJ at 6 - 7pm weekday and you'll see more red lines than my veins.

Btw, i see you use plural in "sell kidneys" . I hope you are not selling other's kidneys too as you can only sell 1 of your own.

New restaurant.. Well there is an extension on the Where Else Delight eatery next to old town. Supposed to be Nasi kandar or similar. Also there is ramli burger during lunch there too smile.gif

New porky restaurant above burger king is surprising doing well.

As for summer glades... Super ghost town. Seems like mostly aiming for secondary market.

Next time coming over to cyberjaya for lunch let me know. We go for yum char.

Bro, and some how there is a finite amount of daytime workers eating out for lunch in cbj. Each time a new restaurant open, existing one will feel the impact with visibly lesser patron. Moreover many still dare not drive out for the fear of losing their precious first come first served limited parking lot at their company. Still more room to grow for more companies to hire but parking is becoming a real problem

c). IOI Resort City Mall - Q4 13 / Q1 14.
d). Perdana CBD 3 - 2014.
e). Pangaea - 2015.
f). Sky park - 2017.

The main highlight still will be the IOI resort city mall!

Bro, you should be snapping at Old Town, Papa Rich area as well. Quite a lot of people at night but it is outside of Shaftbury

I am working in cyberjaya too for almost 10years now. I I would stay.

Villamas developer, i would think twice. Check out Atmosfera thread. They've got quite a bad repo after this project. They are having another one call Verde at Ara Damansara, right next to Ara Green.

Almost went for Atmosfera previously, but pulled out to but bullets on some other more compelling project that time.

Launching island now? hmm, not surprised since island will all sell out fast. They still have left over semi d of first phase to sell and actively promoting them.

The question is, how does it look like (don't want it to look like Jonker Street) and how are they selling them again (balloting)?

Bro, I seriously hope to just read everything off just one thread. Can't be jumping in and out two different thread, both on Cyberjaya. I've not seen any other property discussion that needed a yin and yang in different threads.

We can create whatever "balance" discussion here which is fine by me.
