Many methods to justify 'over value' and it's far more complicated than equity especially it involved one country's central bank policies such as interest rate etc. However one of the simpliest thing isu sing McDonalds as a bench mark.
One happy meal in US with respect to happy meal in Aus after the currency conversion.
Interest rate related to hot money is also one of the key factors in FX.

I have a Singapore friend who do Forex trade too, his trade profit or loss per month, can buy or loss few bungalow lot @ Eco Hill.

He shared quite a lot knowledge with us. But I am not sharing here. High risk, not for working employee like me.

Last thing to share about Forex:
Many are not trading like Soros007, many are trading using Robot.

I don't see Soros007 baiting for customer, one who does not know Forex at all, can simply follow the Robot, the charge is really minimal.

Don't ask me when, where, how? I have the knowledge, but I am not into it.

MK Land to build low-cost homes in Cyberjaya

In a bid to help low-income earners acquire a home, MK Land Holdings Bhd announced today that it will continue to build affordable houses even in high-end residential areas.

Chairman Tan Sri Mustapha Kamal Abu Bakar revealed that the company plans to construct affordable houses in Cyberjaya although most developers there want to build luxury houses only.

“MK Land's plan to continue building affordable homes is in line with the government's intention through the 1Malaysia People's Housing Programme (PR1MA) to help the people own houses, particularly in the Klang Valley,” he said.

Mustapha Kamal added that the company is willing to share its experience and cooperate with the government in undertaking affordable housing schemes, adding that his experience 30 year experience in building affordable homes has earned him the title “King of Low Cost”. sweat.gif

“MK land is an affordable home developer whose experience we are prepared to share with the government to build similar houses for the people," he said.

Moving forward, MK Land plans to build 3,000 affordable houses in Cyberjaya in 2013.

I always wonder, why Cyberjaya thread has so many negative comments, but Semenyih Eco Hill people are so positive.

I just come across a very sincere posting, & I am 100% agree with his thinking.

Bungalow land RM100/pc(for 1st taker, subsale even higher) still can get it at neighbour of Mahkota Cheras (110/sqft) or Sg.Long(110) or Impian Golf(Sime Darby - 120/sqft).

To be honest, this moment I really can't accept to invest such a far far area. I am city boy, I dont want back to my old state again lar. Im shifted from Kajang to KL for 10 years here. How could it be shift back to Semenyih again d. Sigh !!
