A bit difference.

For highrise, other than choosing the right product, we prefer product price within Malaysian level RM 500k+ to RM 700k+

Different because Singapore has many couple without kids. 500+ sqft still liveable.

Malaysia family size normally 4+ pax. 500+ sqft? No way.
