New cinema for USJ

12 Sep – New cinema chain Premium-X Cinemas will unveil the nation's first ever fully kiosk operated cinema when it opens its doors at its first location this October at One City, USJ Subang Jaya.

The 12 screen Premium-X Cinema located on the second floor of the new claimed to be eco-friendly Sky Park mall at One City, will introduce a kiosk operated ticketing system thus eliminating the current ticketing counter system usually manned by cinema staff.

Similar to the operations of an Automated Teller Machine (ATM), this new purchasing system will allow moviegoers to select their movies, showtimes, seats, as well their concession items via its touch screen menu.

With the QR (Quick Response) Code receipt generated by the kiosk, moviegoers can then collect their snacks from the concession counters which will be prepared by the concession staff.

Moviegoers are to scan their QR Code receipt at the turnstile hall entrance, which will then make way for entry towards their respective movie halls.

Premium-X Cinema, Sky Park mall will feature 12 standard 2D and 3D screens and is targeted to open by end of October 2013.

Developed by MCT Consortium Berhad, two more kiosk operated Premium-X Cinemas are targeted to open within the next 2 years.

They will be located at the Sky Park Mall, Cyberjaya by end of 2014 and the MCT Mall, at One City by end 2015.

产业发展新贵MCT 财团（简称MCT）选址赛城推展该公司一项大型计划——Ecolake城镇。
MCT在赛城发展的Ecolake城镇，占地464英亩，是一项综合型城镇发展计划。
该公司执行董事吴明权受访时指出，这长达10年的计划，预计明年中推介，发展总值高达50亿令吉。
他认为，现时的赛城已集中了许多大型企业，毗邻的蒲种和斯里肯邦安更已几乎没有土地可发展房屋。因此，如今在赛城发展城镇可说是最适当的时候！
毗邻设有华小
询及Ecolake是否会兴建学校，尤其是华小时，吴明权回应，在引进和兴建华小并不简单之际，他发现毗邻赛城龙溪（Dengkil）设有一所华小。
“龙溪距离赛城只有7公里，这所华小距离我们的Ecolake城镇也很近，只有大约5公里。
“届时，我们或许可以协助扩建这小学，或者要求他们搬迁到我们的城镇内。”
在确定赛城是个良好的地点，并且拥有上述6个特点，更找到了华小之后，吴明权表示，MCT的Ecolake城镇已可谓是一个非常有潜质的城镇。
“接下来的城市规划、品牌和销售后责任，就是我们必须努力和展现实力的部分。”
他透露，Ecolake城镇将与其名称一般，城内会有一个漂亮的湖泊。
“我们非常着重绿化，将会利用这个湖泊，将Ecolake城镇打造成一个世外桃源。”

我本人因为打算在cyber长期工作，所以就决定住了下来。。。
现在已经在cyber住了四年多。。。刚开始时的确不习惯。。。
没猪肉没娱乐。。闷垮我了。。
不过最近这一两年是看到有点发展。。。该有的都有了。。不像以前一样只有 oldtown , mamak , 7-11 等。
现在已经多了Burger king , 韩国餐 ， kenny roger , 99 market , kk 等等。。
没记错的话有四间mall在建筑中。。 如： skypark ,  Centrus , d'Pulze , 建在pangaea 楼下的 mall。

以下是我个人意见，不喜欢别插我。

一；
个人认为cyber 应该是十年前的mont kiara。
我认为cyber 现阶段需要点时间消化房屋，可能三到五年。

二；
segi university 打算在Science Park 2 cyberjaya 建分校。估计也会吸引到一定数量的人数。
