Their customer service is horrible. They've NEVER replied any of my emails before and replies my Facebook comments with "we will look into the matter, please drop us an email at blabla" but never got back to me.

Never got my refund for a voucher till now. It's been so long that I've decided not to bother anymore and forgotten what it was already
