other games i can buy..easily.. but why i cant buy ecape plan..and i cant even reload my wallet... card prob? so why other game like Delta.. and other games can but directly CC without any problem? is it the Store prob?

wonder why really hard to buy stuff in PS Store..... some games can..some games cant. they say card not valit..but how bout some games can buy?

i mean.. i can buy the PSP games..but PSVITA game.. other then the delta ship thingy... now i cant buy a thing... always got error.. Msia SEN dont want my money is it?
