Dude im a fan of both . Tbh im more to fifa now .i mostly played 2 games on ps3 which is fifa and cod, ask any of my psn fren, i never play pes on ps3, can check my sen id
I admit i like pes more during the ps2 era, but after xbox and ps3 release, i support fifa from 08 till 2012 , 13 bit sucks for me but its not that bad after i get used to it, pes2013 demo looks quite good but i only have fifa13 full game now bcause of its fully licensed kits,leagues make me like fifa more. I never play pes after ps3 release, i did play a little but fifa was way better since 08
In psp i played both fifa and pes .fifa graphics might look the same as ps2 version but the camera was like a bit zoom out even its fully zoom in , same as fifa12 vita . So the footballers there looks like stick,so small cant see 100% details of the players and the field. Doing a finnese shot also feels different compared to ps3 version..i remember that rvp will only take finnese shot using his left foot on vita, but on ps3 he can do both left n right(maybe my body position) not sure. It might looks better if i have not play ps3 version
As for pes on psp. I said its 90% same as ps2 version, the camera was not fully zoom out, evyrthing looks the same, the controls and others looks like 100% port but pes on psp doesnt have commentator Like ps2
Also i can play the same way on psp and ps2 for pes(my tactics)but for fifa .. I played ok ok on ps3, but cant do the same on vita, much worst esp in defending

But if pes really make it to vita, i guess all of it would be the same. I mean like fifa psp from 2007-2010 looks the same except for kits ,squad . Pes also like that, pes6 - pes 2010/9, looks the same also . Its not like console version, you can see how big difference fifa08 to 09 to 10 ..
