I used to use HPB to lower my ping, but now HPB/Gamepath is closing down.

HBP is also a type of VPN. The only matter is whether they can lower your pings... I'm also trying to find another VPN, currently I'm gettin 215 to 230ms but it feels laggy without any VPN.
