hi sifus sifus here....

I've just noticed two constant dots on my photos... it is not from the lens ... does it mean the cameras sensor is dirty or needs some software programming of something.. I've tried cleaning with in camera cleaning but to no avail.. if really do need to send.. where is the Nikon service centre in pj and maybe a cost of repair estimation... my d3100 thank you in advance
