hello guys.. im newbie in here..
anybody here from sapurakencana? or already attend the interview there?

Actually, I got an interview with this company next monday.. and this the first interview i got after i finished my degree in August. To be honest, i really dont have much confidence for this interview since this is my first time and this company is one of the biggest oil and gas service company in Malaysia. So, i hope i can get any tips for the interview and what type of test that will be conducted. The interview will be held in Lumut, Perak @_@.

The HR didnt mentioned the specific position yet.. She said maybe for assistant engineer/graduate engineer. But if i passed the interview then they will decide which position should i be placed to. I am fresh graduate from Petroleum Engineering background. Actually i really want to go into field engineer or do offshore's jobs because i hate the office work's environment. (based on my experience during my internship. The environment in the office is so quite and stressful )

Its not like that. Ermm..I am planning to work in offshore for about 3-5 years since im still young and single with no other commitments. As i am full with energy and passion now, i want to earn as much money and travel as far as i can. Maybe later if i get married, i will do Master in Business studies and try to apply for Senior/Manager levels or start to open my own company . I know life wont go easily as i predict, if this failed, i will try to go for option B (still thinking of it ). So, any Sifus/Seniors here can give me tips for my first interview (SapuraKencana) next monday? i already try to search for older post, but it seems not really that helpful..

owh..yeap..i've thought of it.. Well, even if i didnt get the position that i want, as long as i can work with that company is enough for me to built my experience since im still freshie . But, I still hope that i can convince them to put me in the area that i want .


Yeap, I did sent my application to them but still waiting for their feedback. Erm.. can i know what is the different between SapuraAcergy and SapuraKencana? I know SapuraCrest and Kencana merged to SapuraKencana Petroleum. But how about SapuraAcergy? My friend went to interview in SapuraAcergy, so is the interview session there is similar with SapuraKencana?
