Anyone work at Hess Oil and Gas? Got a job offer to join the Geoscience department, more on the exploration side. This is Hess corporate not Carigali-Hess JV.

What's the company culture and work environment like? From what I've googled up, the US side of things looks like a nice place to be, very supportive culture. Not sure how it's like here in Malaysia. Also compared to many other oil and gas companies, Hess has comparitively lower margins.
