Little advice for fresh graduated student, don't join O&G if you just want to get the money.. remember you get paid on what you did everyday.    I personally advised total 3 of fresh grad student (and 1 uncle) to resigned after I learn that they can't keep up with the pace.. why waste your time here? Most of them leaved the company after 4 months joining, the uncle leaved after 3 weeks.
