hey guys, just asking some opinion here, will you continue stay for a company that are paying moderate fresh grad pay above 2k+ but below 3k. The thing is when you wanted the job you will hell say I will stay with the company and wont just treat here as a stepping stone?
But the truth is outside alot of better company is hiring now, their pay some are 1.5x-2x better.
Will you leave the company for alot alot more better $$ & career?

QUOTE(azraeil @ Dec 18 2012, 03:00 PM) Of course bro. My loyalty is for my family and for what is good for them. It;s nothing personal as companies would like to say and we personally should have the same motto. true loyalty to family is better than to company, since company always mention increment coming its coming, but hell they delay and keep silent. inflation rise faster than our pay rise now..thanks mate for the tip off

QUOTE(abgkik @ Feb 7 2013, 04:02 PM) Both position will drive them to spend most of their time at site/field.. Field Engineer=Engineer whose not specialist in any specialty Field Specialist=Can be Engineer or Technician whose have specific skill (Heat Exchanger Specialist, Power Gen Engineer etc) Ok, good one, but what I i notice they have "Field Engineer - Wireline" & "Field Specialist - Wireline". Both seems to have same job scope

QUOTE(orangemohd @ Apr 16 2013, 10:38 AM) hello alls,,,i want to know what is the competitive pay for fresh drilling supervisor and what is the chance to climb up to become enginners? This position dont make sense that they take fresh graduate, drilling supervisor aka Toolpusher, this position required experience personnel because you will be supervising workers on the drilling deck. BTW you wont be an engineer following this path, maybe directional driller or OIM. I might be wrong, please enlighten me from other sifu/otai.
