I get the $60 pack. and choose Catapult as founder mech, note that you can perform upgrade in founder pack later before 6th Sept i think. Maybe you can get $30 to get in the closed beta then upgrade later if not satisfied. Or really cant spent much, then you need to wait for the open beta. Which should be open to wide audience, or wait until its launch. Its Free to Play model BTW.

This was years ago, there was a VR sim centre there. Shame it shut down, too expensive I guess.

Anyway, looking forward to this, but will not pay for it. I suspect the weapons balance is going to plague it for quite a bit, right up to release.

Yeah there were about 6 enclosed pods LAN connected. With sticks and buttons and what nots. Functional switches for coolant release etc.

I wonder if I can use my g940. Torso on stick while pedal for travel lol

I had all the mechwarrior games in the pass Except those on Xbox. Not a fan of consoles.

I always preferred the ones that your view is from the cockpit.

Ya mech commander is awesome, the 2nd game not so good though. The graphics a bit weird, not as epic as the first game.

Reporting in, I haven't quite decided if I want to commit to this. Old school fan, I've even followed the storyline (BTech novels).

Fav mech was definitely the iconic 75 tonne clan mech. I'm sure you guys will know it based on the tonnage.

Im playing it now. Purchased elite founder package ($60). So far ok with it, playing everyday, get rid of diablo 3 already. Haha

Still far from finished product though, but fun enough.
