Sorry to say, if it does not itch, sounds like SD, for which KL's best dermatologists have no cure. All the above lotions, moisturizers, dandruff soaps etc. will not stop it, maybe even feed it and make it worse, especially powerful steroids that damage the skin. Google SD. Try tiny amounts of things to soothe the redness and lessen the appearance of flakes. Start by washing only with sea-salt solution, cheap supermarket stuff is fine. You might want to hide red spots with BB-cream.
