Switch off the light and put plain black wallpaper then you should be able to spot uneven backlight coming from edges of the panel & that is called bleeding which is normal for any LCD/LED panel.

I can see this monitor is too much blue. At least from the picture above. Color accuracy is not as good as you are looking for.

Why so pricey for just 24 incher??
