There's cititel hotel which is taller and a government tower before UMS. But those 2 are usually secured. So centre point seems to be the easiest building to go from. It goes up somewhere in 1X floors....Some offices are up there.

maybe its fated some people's misfortunes are preplanned to show how ugly other humans can be in terms of responding (eg. not helping on the spot/ or simply posting inconsiderate comments 1000 km away on their throne). Anyway... who are we to determine how some people conduct themselves? we all wait our turn only to become a victim (of anything at all), and will require other people's compassion and help when the time comes.

those without compassion might rot one day on the backlanes .

People who say things like deserve no respect.

Sometimes people commit suicide because of mental health issues, I have seen a few cases of schizophrenic patients try to commit suicide because of hallucinations and fear.

It is not because of their own will.
