Currently my watch second hand not moving, stuck at around 20 second, but other functions no problem, any idea what had happened and how to solve it?

Btw, the watches bought from Hong Kong, is it okay I sent it back to service center in Malaysia? Thanks.

I see, then have to sent to service center. Not sure about the warranty, I been told that is international warranty, but as I can search from internet, there is no such thing.

I see, it's from authorized dealer, but weird thing is the complete set I got doesn't have the warranty card, just got a small booklet Which printed international warranty on it, is it a valid one?

I emailed to Marco group and they didn't mention about the warranty even I told then I was purchased it outside Malaysia. They want me to sent it for checking, but I'm not going to do so because the second hand seem like function normally for these past few weeks.

I studied a bit from some forums, seem like I'm not the only one facing this problem......
