Yes, I had order it with some voucher from Laz and currently wait for the watch now.
I wouldn't be able to part with it as it is my first G and it a gift from my GF.
Still going to replace battery and occasionally use it.
I do like analog but lately felt that digital is the preferred one for me.
That why go for GX56 as I like the big size and it design.

the sensors is no different from previous G / protreks.
the only issue i can foresee is the infamous second hand stopping...tho this is more an issue of any G-shock movement with second hand...

dear experts, i was told that some G-shock watches may have the serial number removed (shown in red circle inside the pic) but it is still possible to be genuine, betul ka? is it because seller want to make sure remove the source if it's import set, so decode it?

not all gshocks got serial numbers, especially the cheaper ones.
so need see model...but removing serial number is hardly seen here.

Huh? What happen to second hand movement?

By Decoding the watch is to avoid tracking the source of the watch that landed into our shore, usually decoded watch price are much cheaper.

Anyone here using the connected app? When I connect my watch with the apps, I noticed the battery icon is flashing. What that's supposed to mean?

The above figure is an general config of all G-Shock watches. The general button config should be the same for all.

Step 1: Press button A,C and D TOGETHER AT ONCE.

Step 2: You will notice that at all the places where numbers are supposed to be seen, you will get 8’s in that places, while in the places where texts are supposed to be seen, you will see big black blocks of pixels. (sorry if my terminology is wrong) and other output blocks will be filled. Press D 1, 2 or 3 times depending on your model.

You should get a code, which is same or similar to the one that is written at the back of your G-Shock watch, in the metal cover, near the words CASIO (note: it may depend on the model), if you do it correctly. Try again if it doesnt. If you are returned back to the time keeping mode just after you press D then you can be sure that your watch is a FAKE. If you get a code, chillax. You have bought an original G-Shock.

Yeah, that's the GRB200 Royal Air Force in grey.
Red is the Frogman GWFA1000.

Oh... Not into frogman. But nice though... Mind to ask how much u purchase for frogman?

At first I see the mudman big brother cost RM2-RM3k... Hahahaha... Tear up my pocket.. So decide go to B100.

Most of the info in the video below is still valid. As long as you have the warranty card from MACRO ( the official distributor in Malaysia for G Shock and other Casio products) , you have nothing to worry about.

Hello, just wondering if anyone could advise that if the Baby G watch glass can be replaced? Notice a deep scratches which no idea how did it occurred.

Just RM50 shy of 2k for the red analog Frogman

Assuming the difference is RM50 for an about RM1k watch...will you buy from the known reputable shopee seller (6k+ ratings) at RM1050 or go for rather new seller (500+ ratings) with relatively positive ratings a lot but at RM1k?

i would go for the seller that actually sells g-shocks...and not say with 6k+ ratings of hand soap and only 5 g-shocks sold etc.
anyway 500+ isnt that new...especially if all g-shocks.
