Just bought this! (thru Dec 4, 2011) Works amazing. You need to read the instructions and follow them to a tee. They describe the timing and when to rotate the maker. Some people have had issues with the handles. I see no problem their, just rotate in the right direction and it works great. We made a slew of delicious waffles that freeze perfectly.

i bought this for my son so I could stay in bed on the weekends without him bugging me to get up and make breakfast. My son loves this waffle maker. It's easy to use, easy clean up (only has to wipe the plates down) cooks golden brown waffles that are airy, and big. Now I bug him on week ends dto make waffles.
Good product and a good price compared to other makers I checked and the quaility of the finished product will stand side by side with those more expensive waffle makers.
