Hi - i just registerd a new D3 account for my housemate. But he cant log in D3 using his battle.net account.
It keep poping up account has been locked & promp me with reseting password webpage.

I did the password reset - the same problem happen again.

Anyone has encounter such problem before? I need some help regarding this matter
