Hi - i just registerd a new D3 account for my housemate. But he cant log in D3 using his battle.net account.
It keep poping up account has been locked & promp me with reseting password webpage.

I did the password reset - the same problem happen again.

Anyone has encounter such problem before? I need some help regarding this matter

If your account being locked during login, it gives you options:
-prompt security question before login
-reset your password

Reasons account being locked each time you login

1. You are trying to login your battle.net account outside the country where your battle.net was created.
2. You are using the internet connection route thru VPN or Proxy server that is not in your country.

in example, if your account is created in Australia, and play in malaysia, you got auto account locked, then you need enter security answer everytime u login to verify

I had the same problem. I had to reset my password daily... until patch 1.04 solved it.

Try using a stronger and longer password (letters, numbers, symbols).

Someone could be trying to hack the account.

lol happend to me to. need to reset passw evertime i want to login.

it used to ask security question before but now it dont zzz

maybe im using google vpn?

if you using proxy services make sure you select use your own ip instead of proxy server ip when login D3 .
