Sigma, the main character, is kidnapped and awakens in an elevator with a girl named Phi, who seems to know him. Zero 3, a talking rabbit, appears on a computer monitor in front of them, which causes them to flee the elevator; the pair find themselves in an abandoned warehouse alongside seven other people. Their goal is to escape the building. However, they find themselves enrolled in a game known as the Nonary Game: Ambidex Version, which relies on a system called "Bangle Points" ("BP"), which are won by cooperating with or betraying other players. A player is allowed to leave the warehouse if only they possess nine or more BP; however, if a player's BP reach zero, they are killed by a lethal injection.
Chunsoft has released the successor for 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors around February and now Aksys brought it back. North America release at October 23.
Aksys translations for 999 was excellent,I still can remember how good the words are,so Clover and Alice are in the Ambidex nonary game too.I'm very curious to know how did Clover get into the game again and what kind of relation the other characters have to the nonary game.

If anyone is playing this game, just be aware there is this game-breaking bug where if you save the game during the puzzle section, your save data may corrupt and fail to load. I learned this the hard way and had to start the game from beginning.
Good thing its only my first play-through with just 4 hours of playtime.

I know right? I asked quite a few shops at Plaza Lowyat... most of them out of stock...

all.... you can actually just jump on different timeline on flow chart... no need to play it back from the beginning... if your choice is bad ending, just jump before you made that decision

should be around 25 hours total.... once crashed suddenly with no reason.... started playing it when it arrived from my friend's house in US... stopped playing it for nearly 2 weeks bcos of coursework

I think all the endings are bad except for the true ending..lol but the best thing about this game is every ending is a piece of puzzle you need to pave your way to the true ending

True. Like it or not it has a piece of information that relates to the event in the game. So by finishing all the ending you will know and understand completely of what happened and why it happened in the game. Haha hopefully i'll get the true ending last. Afraid if I get the true ending first, I might not play it again. Sometimes too lazy lol

You're definitely gonna get the true ending last..since you need every information from each parallel storylines to unlock the path. And make sure you finish every puzzles on hard mode to unlock the extended ending. Well anyway, prepare to get mindfcuked

I see, thanks for the info, I was a bit,confused when there was some part of the flow chart that I wasn't able to play. Maybe that was the good ending and it was my 3rd try that time

Finally completed this game with 43:15:21 time recorded... Never had the chance to play the prequel though, this game is damn addicting with plot twists here and there hehe

the reason why i went to aksys is because Rei7 told me this game is also rare on psv ? if both console is lacking the same game, it should be publisher (aksys) problem but m@xsoft director himself e-mailed me and cc to aksys sales manager must've mean this game is in stock ?
it could be that this game is in stock but they're keeping it so that price will hike or, m@xsoft is not at fault and someone else distributing on behalf of them is not doing their job right

Forgot to tell you guys I finished the game as well.. I play on Vita though and Plat the game. Hard Mode, everything like file, secrets all got already

As TS, I haven't get the chance to play the game But I was spoiled by a friend of mine who played the Vita version. Been craving for it but everywhere it's out of stock.
