Hi all,ms k told my MRTA for 40 yrs is rm17k. And she said cant shorten the period, except write in letter to reduce to 20 yrs, is that true? Can advise me? Thanks.

for my case, ms k told i ned compulsory to take full coverage for MRTA or MLTA. i wonder why? is it not up to us to decide how many % of coverage and tenure? is it possible we sign the housing loan offer letter 1st but buy those MRTA/MLTA later? anyone can advice? Thanks.

is it compulsory we need engaged ms k help to submit d loan application? why totally two different BLR in same bank? I hv same situation with u too, ms k told me MBB offer to me-2.2, but when I checked with MBB myself, they actually can gv -2.4. Further worst was I found up MBB did not received my application at all in their system. omg..really dunno how true is her words... anyone faced d same problem?
