yeah, we all very pantang with cemetery too. Well, it's an old cemetery. Condo AKA Service Apartment within my budget. Imagine price from rm290psft, near to future MRT and freehold.

If without Cemetery next to it, definitely BBB and price starting from 420 - 450 psft for new launch.

The SA said is a service apartment, but got residential and commercial title. So, since got 2 separate title, can we deemed this residential unit and condo? Apartment sounds lame and cheap.

yeah, if u want to give business to her and the branch is not a panel to this developer, u actually need to start submitting now, the bank need to liaise with the developer for land title, for D.O. for B.P. for A.P. and etc. But i might afraid the legal fee for non panel bank will be slightly expensive a bit bit only.

For me, UOB always the 1st choice.
