hi all owners, want to ask you guys:

what is covered in the defect form to be returned to the developer within 7 days?
(did u all sign the letter saying if no complaints in 7 days considered things are in good manner?, shouldn't the DLP same as listed in S&P, my case is 24mths)

The guy at site office ask me to check whether the qty of the items listed in S&P matched with the actual in the unit. But how do we know whether the wiring got defect or not before we install light, fan and air cond.

are all type C1 WC so close to the box up wall?

agree. Mine is end unit, lot size bigger, but getting WC like this , very disappointed.

I received a water bill from CHS. my May water usage was 22 units, as compared to April 6 units.

How is the water charges calculated? I have not move in. Who used the 22m3 for me?

It is RM2.84 per m3.
