Don't underestimate highway wee wang wang sound. Need 24/7 tutup all the windows.. can tahan boh?. If office ok Lar can tutup windows 24/7 n max u stay at office also 8-10 hours only.

if they gain experience, naik pangkat, gaji naik...chs cannot afford pay them and kena hired by gamuda main con ler?
so chs they keep hirer new noobs with low pay to work on the next project again?

You better go inside visit their previous project at Mahkota Cheras and judge/ask yourself whether worth the price boh.

The main swimming macam quite small.. Can change to big jacuzzi. The lagi small 1 can use as foot spa.

For jacuzzi is very big. But swimming pool for this density macam too small. Macam no space for side walk.

The Only condo I knew agent don't like rent to local. And ban local to rent there. The agent told me At Juta mines Many crime/break in cases Done by local. Most kena caught also local. To them Most local are trouble maker and misbehave compare to ME and foreigner.

Ini chs project sudah expected can sampai apa level lar. Finishing and planing don't give too high hope on this type of soso developer. Later symphony tower also cry same same. Maybe The pool not for swimming ler... it just for the show only to qualify as service apartment title.

Swimming pool size way sibeh better than villa park and changkat view Liao.

Owner's unit need more positive puji praise to off load the unit fast fast. Tutup all the negative points as much as possible. If not hand burn sendiri.

If here rental price very rm800 per month. Maybe sg chua lousy Tls old apartment rental may drop to rm500 to balance back the market rental price to stay competitive?

Wah penthouse wor.. bathroom door can only open halfway and kena block by pillar / toilet bowl / bathtub.... Memang teruk ni... Penthouse Ini macam cacat also can... Jialat ler.
