I got the keys liao.

swimming pool ok
sauna room ok
steamm room ok,
gym room ok
multipurpose hall damn big,
lifts plenty and nice.
3 tiers security access
terrace area very big
sky lounge nice with 2 multi purpose halls again
can bbq at sky lounge with toilet and washing area!
the workmanship is acceptable. not much hairline cracks
porcelain tiles and wall tile all nice nice.
surprise surprise
the sliding door also using thick profile to reduce noise and wind.

Got free time i will post photo.
Better collect key early to feel my excitement.
Btw, got time go top floor visit the duplex, Super BIGGGGGG and NICEEEEE.

Good Buy!

visitor car park not sure where. no sign no nothing. But owner have to come down to fetch visitor up at lift lobby.

If not, have to park at ground floor then register at pak guard counter then take lift to desire floor.

sauna and steam locate at level 7 male and female changing room, locker also provided

sky lounge at level 24. both end

Forgot to inform you that you need to check your WC clearance to the box up wall. Looks quite tight to me. Mine is around 200mm apart.

If too tight, hard to do cleaning later.
