MRTA is the cheapest way of getting coverage, as so it make sure base on projected outstanding balance is paid to bank... the rest is still up for u or your family to decide..

- will or legal testament
- even legally married wife can be still challenge by in parent in law, children etc.. unless husband n wife both have names in SPA

Thats why some of my customer prefer paying extra for MLTA for the cash back & coverage + assignment of nominee/beneficiary

in terms of being the hot topic of town.. amerin already has

but looking at resale upon VP... if one amerin is not priced too high it will be as well, but i really doubt it as from price going now already 400-450k spa price.

after 3yr upon completion i think at min asking price oso ppl will wan to aim at 500k

for silk upon completion they can comfortably ask for 400k & still can good profit..

i personally don like the way Kem avenue handle things as well.. but last time no choice from developer side act macam yah only them are the sales channel @@

but with this s2 pricing.. surialand sales team will have a lot to proof..
